We deliver 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week, even at weekends. Your options include:
FREE Next day delivery when you order an in-stock product before midday (please note that this may not be possible in some remote areas). This applies to all products over £100. If you require delivery on a Weekend, then an additional cost will be incurred. The Delivery Driver will usually contact you when they are an hour away.
FREE Collection (Click & Collect):
If your item is in-stock, then you can arrange to collect the item from our showroom or warehouse. Please contact us to let us know where you would like to collect from and we will give you a time slot.
Your goods will be delivered on a 10-tonne vehicle (about the size of a bin wagon). If access is likely to be a problem then please let us know ASAP. Examples of access issues are: long or gravelled drives, Height restricted areas. narrow lanes, grassed lawns, steep drives, narrow gateways or up/down steps. We may be able to make alternative delivery arrangements if you contact is in advance.
With our standard delivery service, there will be one driver, we suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist. The driver will move the goods to the nearest accessible wheel point depending on access. The driver will not be able to assist you in moving the item into your house due to insurance and health and safety issues.
For palletised goods, the driver is obliged to wait 10 minutes.
We recommend using this time to check the items and make sure that no damage has occurred in transit. If the driver refuses to wait, then please feel free to sign the form as damaged so that you are covered in all scenarios.
If the goods cannot be delivered on the estimated day we will let you know.
If you are not available when the goods are delivered, then a redelivery fee will apply.
Smaller items will be dispatched using a courier service.
If you are not available to sign for the items then a card will be left for you explaining how to arrange delivery or collection of your items.

Fully Refundable Survey
We offer surveys that will help you get more information to establish what product you can have to be installed and a quotation for the installation.
Once you purchase the survey you will be contacted by an independent surveyor who will arrange a suitable date for the survey, this usually happens within two working days.
Please note: We are not able to quote for installations or give approximate costs over the phone. For a quotation for installation and components required a survey must be carried out.
Survey charge is fully refundable when purchasing a stove over £500, contact our sales team when ordering.

The installation survey will take place at the delivery address you enter at the checkout. You will be contacted by a surveyor within 48 hours (Mon - Fri) to book the survey in your area. Please note that this is a survey to determine what appliance is suitable for you, it is not an installation.
